LAFAYETTE, CO—The Creative Alliance was recently retained by Karlin Real Estate of Los Angeles as a part of the investment firm’s Eleventh and Pearl Project Team to manage and facilitate community outreach meetings regarding proposed use for the recently purchased property at 1048 Pearl Street (the former Daily Camera building).
The Creative Alliance, charged with media relations, publicity and meeting facilitation developed a website to act as an information hub and resource for the Team (consisting of the lead architects, project manager from the ownership company and the commercial real estate agent in charge of leasing the property) to communicate with the Boulder community. The team held 5 community outreach meetings with over 100 total participants.
Each meeting produced insightful brainstorming and thoughtful conversation that will inform the ultimate design process of a historically and commercially significant property in the heart of downtown Boulder.
Vicky Canto, Project Manager from Karlin Real Estate said “At the onset of this project it was important to us to work with a firm ingrained in the Boulder community. Connecting to the community is inherent in our success with this exciting project and The Creative Alliance helped us develop a community outreach program that engaged the public and provided valuable insight into what makes Boulder what it is.”
